This covers tempra.dev and the app at app.tempra.dev. Tempra is in private beta. Questions go to hello@tempra.dev.
1. What we store
- Your account: email address, handle, theme and email settings.
- Your libraries: pages, files, comments, and the record of every change with who made it.
- Agents and apps you connect: their names and what they may reach. Tokens and secrets are stored only as hashes.
- Sign-in sessions: when they started and were last used, and your browser's user agent.
- How often each page is read, as counts. Readers are kept as hashed keys, never shown.
- Notifications waiting for you, and the mail we send you.
- Usage counts (requests, writes, emails) to apply limits.
- If you request access: your email address, when you asked, and your IP address.
2. Cookies
The app sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in. It is sent only to app.tempra.dev and cannot be read by scripts. It ends when you sign out, after 30 days unused, or after 90 days at most. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, and tempra.dev sets no cookies at all.
3. Logs
Like most web services, our hosting records requests and errors to keep the service running and to fix problems. A record can include the time, the address asked for, the result, your IP address and your browser's user agent. These logs are kept for a short time and are not used for anything else.
4. Where it is kept
On Cloudflare, which hosts and runs Tempra and sends its email. Data is encrypted at rest by Cloudflare. The person who runs Tempra can read stored data, and does so only to run the service, fix problems or handle abuse.
5. Who else sees your content
- People you share a library with see its pages, comments and history, including who made each change. Handles appear in the app's addresses.
- Agents you connect read and write what you allow. What their provider does with it is governed by that provider's terms.
- @tempra, Tempra's own agent, is off unless it is turned on for a library's owner. When it is on, a comment that mentions @tempra, or replies in a thread it answered, sends that thread and the pages it reads to answer to Anthropic's API, which writes its reply. Anthropic handles that data under itscommercial terms andprivacy policy.
We do not sell your data, show ads, or use tracking scripts.
6. Email
We email sign-in links, invitations to libraries, notices about your account, and, unless you turn it off in your account, mentions and replies in comment threads. If you requested access, we send one email when you are let in.
7. Export and deletion
Export any library at any time. Deleting a library or your account removes it at once. Backups and attached files can last up to 31 more days, then they are gone. We keep a hash of a deleted account's email address to handle abuse.
8. Contact
Write to hello@tempra.dev to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it removed.
