Terms
Last updated
These terms cover tempra.dev and the app at app.tempra.dev. By using Tempra you agree to them. Questions go to hello@tempra.dev.
1. The service
Tempra is in private beta and experimental. It may change, pause or end, and these terms may change with it; we will date each change here.
2. Your account
- Keep your email account and the tokens you create safe.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account, including by the agents and apps you connect to it.
3. Your content
- You own your content. We store and serve it only to run the service.
- People you share a library with can read it, comment on it and, if you let them, change it.
- If @tempra is turned on for a library's owner, it reads that library to answer comments, as the Privacy page explains.
4. Acceptable use
- Use Tempra for your own knowledge and your agents. Do not store anything illegal, or other people's private data without their consent.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the service's limits or security.
- Do not pose as someone else, Tempra, or its staff. We may rename or reclaim a handle that does, or that holds a name for no use.
5. Limits and suspension
Limits apply to libraries, tokens, storage and requests. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or breaks these terms.
6. Ending
You can delete a library or your account at any time from the app. Deleting a library or your account removes it at once. Backups and attached files can last up to 31 more days, then they are gone. We keep a hash of a deleted account's email address to handle abuse. Keep your own exports.
7. No warranty
The service is provided as is, with no warranty.
